The Capitol Milk Bar & Café was an icon on Parramatta’s Church Street for well over 30 years. The young brothers, from mainland Greece held a long standing tradition of making quality foods & drinks from fresh local produce. Their recipes fed many local families, students, and even the Parramatta Eels superstars of the 80s.
