The Capitol Milk Bar & Café was an icon on Parramatta’s Church Street for well over 30 years. The young brothers, from mainland Greece held a long standing tradition of making quality foods & drinks from fresh local produce. Their recipes fed many local families, students, and even the Parramatta Eels superstars of the 80s. It is with much respect and fond memories that the Capitol Foods Company continues on in Parramatta.
